STRANGE MAJIK
T-Rex/Bowie super producer Tony Visconti recently posted on social media “David Pattillo and his band are fantastic. Every Tuesday night at the Belle Rev in Tribeca. I call it Progressive Blues!” Pattillo has blazed a three and a half year-long residency at NYC’s Belle Reve performing for celebs like Kim and Kanye, and Elon Musk and jamming with Live’s Ed Kowalczyk (whose new LP Pattillo is producing), Danny Clinch, Willie Nile and even rock royalty Jakob Dylan.

Strange Majik’s new LP “Channel T” revives the spirit of Jimi Hendrix, Freddie King, The Stones and Neil Young. Pattillo’s keen song craft and raw talent fuel his iconic backwater blues guitar style he honed in his two-piece predecessor The Dead Exs. With vintage guitar tones that will raise the hair on your neck and lyrics that will raise your consciousness, Channel T defies genre. The first single is “an amazing hybrid that comes across like ‘Some Girls’ era Rolling Stones channelling early Funkadelic, or perhaps even Lenny Kravitz recording under the watchful eye of Mick Jagger. With the aid of a massive guitar riff and some backing vocals clearly inspired by ‘Gimme Shelter’ and ‘Sympathy For The Devil’, the track is classic Strange Majik and bodes well for the rest of the new tunes just on the horizon.” Lee – Real Gone

FIONA SILVER
Fiona Silver is a pixie-sized powerhouse, born and bred in NYC, with a take no prisoners punk ethic. Paste Magazine states, “femme fatale, an heiress apparent to Amy Winehouse… or a modern day chanteuse given her spit and sass, Fiona Silver clearly demands immediate attention.” Silver has the added distinction of being endorsed by Telefunken Microphones, Reverend Guitars and Luna Guitars. Since the release of her debut album Little Thunder, Silver has released 3 new singles, toured extensively throughout North America with Gary Clark Jr., opened for Andrew W. K., shared the stage with Carlos Santana, and most recently made her debut in the U.K. where Phoenix Magazine named her a “female pioneer smashing glass ceilings… torching patriarchal rock”.

“Fiona Silver’s sexy, seemingly cigarette-stained voice makes her instantly recognizable as an honest-to-god East Village girl. Yet though her 60s-girl-group-meets-David-Lynch guitar-pop is gritty and sexual, a significant part of her appeal is her willingness to reveal an underlying vulnerability.”
